Measure the work.
Then evaluate the change.
Reporting effort
Record comparable preparation and review time before and during the pilot. The proposed goal is a 25% reduction in manual review effort.
Continued use
Assess completion of repeat cycles, user feedback and willingness to pay. Commercial adoption is a pilot question, not an existing result.
Sites, scope and denominators will be defined before measurement. Comparisons will distinguish process improvement from changes in the underlying waste stream.
PARTICIPATE
